Job summary

Aspire Indiana Health is a nonprofit provider of comprehensive health services in Central Indiana. This role will supervise clinical services across School Based and Home and Community programs and coordinate with other departments to ensure high-quality client care.

It also involves direct client care and leadership within the Youth & Family Team, aligning with Aspire Indiana, Inc.'s administration. The position requires a master’s degree in a related field, 3 years of experience with

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, psychology, counseling or directly-related field from an accredited program.
• Three (3) years related work experience; supervisory experience highly preferred
• Experience with MRO and Recovery Works programming a plus
• Knowledge and application of utilizing social service systems (Medicaid, Social Security, Corrections, etc) highly preferred
• Community Mental Health experience highly preferred
• Must possess/maintain a valid driver’s license, current automobile insurance and a driving record that meets organization guidelines
• Must have reliable transportation to oversee programming and/or attend trainings and/or meetings

Responsibilities

• Administratively and clinically supervise, monitor, and evaluate the clinical services of assigned programs.
• Coordinate services with other departments to ensure highest quality of client care.
• Serve as a leader within the Youth & Family Team and promote its direction and expectations.
• Provide direct client care and supervise School Based and Home and Community based staff.

Education
