Aspire Indiana Health is seeking a leader to supervise and evaluate clinical services within the Youth & Family Team. You will coordinate school-based and home/community programs, ensure high-quality client care, and collaborate with management to align clinical operations across departments.

Required is a Master’s degree in a related field and relevant supervisory experience; licensure in Indiana (LCSW/LMHC/LMFT) is highly preferred. Travel for oversight may be required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, psychology, counseling or a related field from an accredited program.
• License in Indiana (LCSW, LMHC or LMFT) preferred or required as per state rules.
• Experience supervising clinical staff and coordinating services.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and evaluate clinical services of assigned programs.
• Coordinate referrals, intakes, staff assignments and services.
• Assign staff to cases and ensure documentation quality via audits.
• Oversee clinical assessment, treatment planning, triage, and crisis intervention.
• Provide direct client care as needed and ensure billing accuracy.
