Greater Austin YMCA is seeking a Youth and Family Coordinator to lead sports programs, ensure safety, and create a welcoming environment for participants, members and families. You will be the primary contact, answer questions, and model the Y’s values.
Responsibilities include coordinating teams and schedules, supervising games, arranging referees, administering first aid, and writing weekly reports. Evening, weekend, and some holidays work required.

This role requires the ability to actively participate in sports and program activities, including standing, walking, running, and demonstrating physical skills. The Coordinator may need to lift, carry, set up, and take down sports equipment and supplies. Work is performed both indoors and outdoors in a variety of weather conditions. The position may require quick movement to respond to participant needs, provide first aid, or manage program activities safely.
