Job summary

NFI-St. Albans WRAP is seeking an energetic and empathetic case manager to support children and families within a trauma-informed program.

You will work in community and home-based settings, require a valid Vermont driver’s license, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to implement treatment activities. We value experience with at-risk families, strong communication, and the ability to adapt to changing environments.

Qualifications

• Must have personal life experience as a parent or caregiver of at-risk child(ren).
• High School Diploma, GED or higher.
• Ability to be flexible and work in a changing environment.
• Experience working with families/children involved with juvenile justice, dependency court, or child welfare systems.
• Demonstrated ability to relate to a culturally diverse clientele and professional colleagues.
• Valid Vermont driver's license and use of personal vehicle.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary treatment teams.
• Excellent communication and written skills.
• Familiar with Windows, MS Word, Excel, email, etc.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
