Job summary

Safe N Sound YMCA in Naperville, IL is seeking a Youth Enrichment Instructor to support after-school programs at one of our elementary school sites. You will help create a safe, engaging environment that promotes learning, character development and healthy living for participants.

The role offers consistent weekday AM/PM shifts, with competitive hourly pay and benefits such as health coverage, PTO and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• 17+ years old with relevant experience or coursework in childcare, education, or recreation.
• Strong communicator and enthusiastic leader with passion for youth development and equity.

Position Type: Part Time

Salary Range: $18.50 - $19.00 Hourly

Youth Enrichment Instructorswill assist in providing child-centered environments that promote learning, character development, positive & nurturing relationships and healthy living on-site at one of our elementary school locations. The YEI plays a key role in ensuring that program participants have a safe, supportive, interactive and enriching program experience while ensuring the safety and security of all program participants

Qualifications:

• 17+ years old with relevant experience or coursework in childcare, education, or recreation
