Job summary

YouthCare is seeking a Program Operations Manager to oversee the Orion Center daily operations, including meal programs, facilities, and administrative support. You will coordinate with volunteers, staff, and partners to ensure safe, nutritious meals for up to 70 youths and maintain health code compliance.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent and 2+ years of relevant work experience, OR an equivalent combination of education, relevant work experience, and/or lived experience (4+ years).
• Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Food Service, Hospitality or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with supervisor and YouthCare’s department leaders to improve program operations, manage budgets, coordinate with staff and volunteers, and ensure service quality.
• Foster internal partnerships to avoid silos and ensure seamless collaboration.
• Oversee meal operations and facilities coordination to maintain health and safety standards.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures; manage data and reporting; support training and development.
• Coordinate with vendors, volunteers, and partners; manage scheduling and meal logistics.
