Job summary

Plan International USA seeks a Program Manager, Youth Engagement to lead domestic youth programming and support related funding opportunities. You will work directly with youth aged 14-22 from Plan’s youth network and Youth Advisory Board to integrate youth perspectives into research, advocacy, programs, and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant focus areas including youth development, international development, etc.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience with youth leadership and youth development.
• Experience facilitating high level remote youth networks.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement domestic youth programs with safeguarding.
• Coordinate Youth Advisory Board and Youth Leadership Academy activities.
• Collaborate with fundraising, policy, and communications to engage youth.
• Provide admin, logistics, and contracting support for youth activities.
• Plan the annual YAB retreat and mentor youth during events.
