Job summary

YWCA South Hampton Roads is seeking a Youth Services Coordinator to develop and facilitate essential programs supporting children and youth. This role focuses on collaboration with community partners and the creation of inclusive environments.

The Coordinator will implement youth-centered programs, monitor participation, and foster relationships that empower youth development.

Competitive salary range of $42,000-$47,000 based on experience, along with a full benefits package, is offered. The position monitors community engagement activities and enhances youth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience working with children, youth, and families.
• Experience developing youth programs is preferred.
• Understanding of trauma-informed care and positive youth development.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments of youth needs and program participation.
