Description
Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and organizedProgram Coordinatorto lead and manage our Employment Skills Program. This role is responsible for coordinating program activities, supervising staff, and ensuring that services are delivered effectively, within budget, and in compliance with all regulatory and documentation standards.
The Coordinator plays a key role in program development, quality oversight of case management, and ensuring electronic file compliance across all staff. This position also involves screening referrals, verifying eligibility, and maintaining strong community partnerships to support youth participants in achieving employment and life skills success
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee daily operations of the Employment Skills Program.
- Supervise Employment Skills Specialists and ensure quality service delivery.
- Screen and assign referrals; verify program eligibility.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in the Management Information System.
- Ensure staff compliance with case management protocols and electronic documentation standards.
- Track youth progress and benchmark/outcome achievement.
- Recruit and train youth participants.
- Develop and manage program budget; compile monthly invoicing.
- Maintain organized and compliant program files.
- Build and sustain relationships with Workforce Centers, schools, social service agencies, and employers.
- Link youth to essential resources including health, education, and legal services.
- Represent the program through marketing and public speaking engagements.
- Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and contribute to grant and program proposals.
- Ensure safe work practices and compliance with licensing regulations.

Education & Experience:
- Required:Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, or a related human services field. Relevant experience in case management.
- Experience: 1-2 years of program management experience.3–4 years of relevant experience working with young adults or in workforce development programs.
