Whole Systems Learning in Long Beach, CA is seeking a Part-Time Employment Specialist to coach youth ages 16-24, helping them discover passions and build career pathways.

You'll develop resumes, create internship opportunities, build employer partnerships, and track outcomes while prioritizing participant-centered career development. Flexible 20‑25 hours per week, $28‑$34 per hour DOE.
