Boys & Girls Clubs of Middle Tennessee is seeking a part-time Youth Education Professional to implement activities within the Academic Success program area. The role focuses on guiding members, promoting participation, and collaborating with the leadership team.

POSITION DESCRIPTION TITLE: Youth Education Professional
REPORTS TO: Club Director or Program Director
STATUS: Part-time, non-exempt 10-20 hours per week (this job can be shared equaling 20 hours)
Implements activities provided within a specific program area, with a primary focus on Academic Success.
While performing the duties of this position, the employee may be required to stand, sit, walk on uneven surfaces, climb stairs, and use hands and arms to handle objects or reach. Duties may also involve balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, talking, hearing, tasting, or smelling. The employee must be able to lift and carry up to 40 pounds. Exposure to varying weather conditions may occur, and the noise level in the work environment typically ranges from minimal to moderate.
