Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing social/emotional support.
• Develop individualized academic and career goals based on interests and strengths.
• Connect youth to schools, programs, resources, and opportunities aligned with their goals.
• Help youth persist and plan for the next step on their journey.
• Collaborate with Case Planners, Tutors, Specialists, and caregivers to support goals.
• Assist with housing stability and independent living skills.
