Job summary

Options for Southern Oregon seeks a Therapist for the Youth Outpatient EASA program in Medford, OR. The role focuses on delivering clinical services to youth ages 12-30 within a transdisciplinary team and includes training and co-facilitating family groups.

Requirements include a Master’s in a behavioral science and eligibility/registration with MHACBO or Oregon licensure. A license differential may apply if licensed in Oregon.

Qualifications

• Must have a Master's degree in a behavioral science and relevant experience.
• QMHP registration with MHACBO or eligibility to register.
• Oregon licensure eligibility or be licensed (LMFT/LCSW/LPC/psychologist).
• Able to pass background and driving checks.

Responsibilities

• Provides outreach, assessments, service plan development, psychoeducation, and therapy for youth 12–30 in the EASA program.
• Works in community-based and office-based settings and co-facilitates multi-family groups.
• Delivers evidence-based therapy and coordinates services with families and team members.
• Documents services in the EHR and supports training and supervision.

Education

Master's degree in behavioral science

MHACBO QMHP registration or eligible

Oregon licensure eligibility (LMFT/LCSW/LPC) or Psychologist

Background checks and driving record clearance
