Options for Southern Oregon is seeking a Residential Therapist to support adults with mental-health disorders in a residential treatment setting. You will perform diagnostics, develop individualized service plans, and deliver psychotherapy or counseling as part of a treatment team.

The role requires a Master's in a behavioral science and MHACBO QMHP eligibility or Oregon licensure (LMFT/LCSW/LPC or psychologist). A license differential may apply for licensed Oregon candidates.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral science and MHACBO eligibility or licensure in Oregon.
• Must pass state background and DMV checks; valid Oregon driver's license.
• Ability to use email and learn the EHR system; proficient with Word/MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Performs diagnostic assessments and formulates diagnoses.
• Develops and updates individual service plans with the client and treatment team.
• Completes service plan updates and assessment updates.
• Collaborates with the program manager and provides direct mental health services.
• Offers psychotherapy, behavioral health counseling, or mental health skills training.
• May deliver services in-house, in the community, or at other sites as needed.
