Job description

The Maple Grove Bible Church of Marshall, MI is looking for a full-time youth director. The candidate should be male with a calling for the work. With the youth program, we would like to use him in any other area that would fit his skill set, as time may allow. Ours is a wonderful, loving congregation of 80 with great standing in the community. Our church is affiliated with the IFCA international. We reach a broad demographic with kids, youth, young adults, and seniors. We have a good number of kids coming up and we want to be ready.

Experience with youth work is preferred, but heart for the work and abilities are more important. We desire to have a man who might consider the possibility of taking over the lead pastor’s position in the future. The church holds conventional Baptist doctrines. Starting pay of $44.2 K annually.
