Job summary

Gospel Hills Community Church in Glendora, CA is seeking a part-time Youth Director who is passionate about discipling students in grades 6–12. The role emphasizes relational ministry, biblical teaching, and leadership of a volunteer team as part of The Christian and Missionary Alliance community.

The successful candidate will shepherd youth gatherings, coordinate retreats and outreach, and collaborate with pastoral staff to connect families and the church vision. Sunday attendance is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in youth ministry (church, parachurch, or campus ministry).
• Must pass a background check.
• Must adhere to our Statement of Faith (The Christian and Missionary Alliance).
• Must be able to attend Sunday service weekly and youth meetings.
• Possesses a teachable spirit with a long-term vision for ministry.

Youth Director (Part-Time, Paid) — Gospel Hills Community Church

Description

Gospel Hills Community Church (a member of The Christian and Missionary Alliance) is seeking a Youth Director with a passion for discipleship, the Word of God, and relational ministry. This is a unique opportunity to shepherd and grow a youth ministry, while preparing for long-term vocational ministry. For the right candidate, this role could lead to licensing and eventual ordination as a pastor through The Alliance.
