Job summary

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health in Delaware County, PA is seeking an Autism Development Specialist to support adolescents with IDD and BH/MH diagnoses. This Direct Support Professional role emphasizes safety, daily living activities, behavior coaching, and implementing individualized treatment goals.

The position features a 2pm–10pm shift, a schedule with one weekday and a weekend day off, every other weekend, and a compensation range of $17.50–$23.05 per hour, with benefits eligibility
