Qualifications

• Minimum of Associate’s Degree plus 2 years related experience for provision of Pre-Vocational services.
• Knowledge of HCBS Waiver, and ability to keep up-to-date on waiver program rules and regulations.
• Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in written form.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with disabilities to lead self-directed life and contribute to their communities.
• Provide direct training and support in individuals’ home and/or community.
• Assist individuals to manage everyday aspects of life.
