Responsabilidades

• Assist with personal care, including bathing, toileting, and medication reminders.
• Support individuals in developing independent living skills such as budgeting, communication, and meal planning.
• Provide transportation to medical appointments, errands, and community outings.
• Encourage participation in social, recreational, and volunteer activities.
• Implement behavioral support strategies and use de-escalation techniques when needed.
• Collaborate with clinical team members to provide well-rounded care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of services and client progress.
