Qualifications

• Associate's degree in education, health, social work, child growth and development, early childhood or related human service field, required.
• A minimum of four (4) years experience in early childhood education, required.
• Experience in working in a collaborative environment building organizational and stakeholder relationships and planning, required.
• Previous direct services leadership experience.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (read, write, and speak) desirable.
• Staff vaccination status requirement or accommodation option.

Responsibilities

• Ability to train youth, staff, community partners, and stakeholders on various digital access initiatives; handle high volume of projects and communications.
• Facilitate soft skill building and college/career readiness programming for teens; support families with college and career readiness resources.
• Train youth Digital Navigators on digital skill building trainings; facilitate digital trainings and presentations to diverse groups.
• Monthly reporting and group call attendance for youth development and digital skills councils; track data and submit reports timely.
• Recruit mentors and build partnerships with colleges, local businesses, and community partners; provide orientation and ongoing training to mentors.
• Create a youth-centered, trauma-informed culture; assess needs of youth and families and provide resources.
• Represent the organization at local meetings and participate in The Clubhouse Network events and Best Buy Teen Tech Center activities.
• Essential functions include program planning, staff supervision, data collection and reporting, and collaboration with partners.
