Job summary

The Teen Outreach Program (TOP) Facilitator position at MICA is a full-time, non-exempt role based at our Marshalltown site. The facilitator implements weekly TOP sessions, partners with school staff, and supports teens through the Changing Scenes curriculum with an emphasis on safety, confidentiality, and positive youth development.

Responsibilities include maintaining enrollment and attendance records, reporting outcomes, completing required trainings (First Aid, CPR, mandatory reporter), and

Qualifications

• Facilitate weekly TOP sessions and coordinate with school staff.
• Maintain confidentiality of participants and families.
• Strong commitment to youth development and positive behavior support.
• Must obtain and maintain First Aid/CPR certifications and Mandatory Child Abuse Reporter Training.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain positive relationships with children, families, program staff, and partners.
• Maintain safety and welfare of caseload participants and staff.
• Complete enrollment, attendance, and service records accurately.
• Complete timely and accurate reports.
