Job summary

Abraxas Youth & Family Services in Shelby, OH is seeking a Youth Development Technician for full-time night shift (11 pm - 7 am) to supervise clients during sleeping hours and ensure safety. You will perform room checks and help with morning wake-up routines to support growth and development.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.

What You'll Do

As a Youth Development Technician, you will supervise clients during the sleeping hours in a manner that ensures their safety and security. You will complete and document regular room checks throughout your shift. You will also assist in the management of the morning wake-up routine by educating, guiding, and directing clients in a manner that promotes their growth and development.
