Job summary

BGC AZ is seeking a Youth Development Specialist to plan, implement, coordinate, and supervise programs for youth and teens at our clubs in Phoenix. The role focuses on creating engaging activities, ensuring safety, and maintaining documentation to support youth development outcomes.

You will coordinate volunteers, manage calendars and lesson plans, and work closely with branches to deliver high-quality programming while upholding organization policies and community standards.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalency certificate.
• Must obtain/maintain current CPR, First Aid, and Food Handler’s Certification within first 90 days of employment.
• Must have and maintain a valid Arizona driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates programming in various areas of the Club (arts, gym, etc).

• Transports youth to various club locations via BGCMP vehicles.

JOBSUMMARY

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE, LICENSURE and CERTIFICATION

• Mustpossessa high school diploma or equivalency certificate
• Must obtain/maintaina current CPR, First Aid, and Food Handler’s Certification (within first90 daysof employment)
• Musthaveandmaintaina valid Arizona driver’s license
