Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 21+ years old; background clearances (Act 33/34, state & child clearances, FBI if needed).
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
• Ability to work with computers and department software.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily activities of juvenile males using approved behavioral management principles.
• Supervise clients during activities ensuring safety and security.
• Participate in conferences regarding client behavior and academic progress.
• Maintain regular communication with supervisors and co-workers.
