Job summary

The ideal candidate will manage calendars, lesson plans, student progress, and logistics while upholding federal and state regulations and RiseMe mission to empower youth in the community.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalency.
• Must obtain/maintain CPR, First Aid, and Food Handler’s Certification within first 90 days of employment.
• Must have and maintain a valid Arizona driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates programming in various areas of the Club (arts, gym, etc).
• Manages administrative duties including calendars, lesson plans, pre/post testing, roster keeping and participation tracking.
• Transports youth and/or teens to various club locations via BGCMP vehicles.
• Ensures the safety of all members and ensures proper documentation is completed.
• Assists with Federal Food program as directed

JOB SUMMARY

The Youth Development Specialist is responsible for planning, implementing, coordinating and supervising programs and activities for youth and/or teens.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Facilitates programming in various areas of the Club (arts, gym,etc)

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE, LICENSURE and CERTIFICATION

• Mustpossessa high school diploma or equivalency certificate
• Must obtain/maintaina current CPR, First Aid, and Food Handler’s Certification (within first90 daysof employment)
• Musthaveandmaintaina valid Arizona driver’s license
