Job summary

Boys & Girls Club of Hawaii is seeking a Youth Development Specialist I in Honolulu, part-time, to support youth programming focused on academic enrichment and healthy lifestyles. Candidates should have a high school diploma and ideally experience working with youth.

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 19 hours/week and 25 hours/week

Position Overview

The Youth Development Specialist I supports the daily implementation of youth programs and activities focused on academic enrichment, recreation, healthy lifestyles, and positive youth development for members ages 6–17.

This position plays an important role in creating a safe, welcoming, and inclusive Clubhouse environment where youth feel supported and encouraged.
