Position Summary
The Youth Development Specialist provides daily supervision, mentorship, structured group facilitation, and family engagement support to youth ages 12–18 involved with probation or DCS. This is not an entry‑level support role; it is a hands‑on youth engagement and accountability position within a structured justice diversion program.
