Job summary

BGCAZ is seeking a Youth Development Specialist to plan, implement, coordinate and supervise programs for youth and teens. The role involves coordinating activities across club spaces such as arts and gym while ensuring safety and proper documentation.

Candidates should be prepared to manage calendars, lesson plans, and participant tracking, transport youth as needed, and support federal food program initiatives as directed.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalency certificate.
• Must obtain/maintain CPR, First Aid, and Food Handler’s Certification within first 90 days of employment.
• Must have and maintain a valid Arizona driver’s license.

JOB SUMMARY

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE, LICENSURE and CERTIFICATION

• Mustpossessa high school diploma or equivalency certificate
• Must obtain/maintaina current CPR, First Aid, and Food Handler’s Certification (within first90 daysof employment)
• Musthaveandmaintaina valid Arizona driver’s license
