The role focuses on on-site support, safety, and handling daily tasks to ensure a welcoming, organized environment for staff and visitors. The position requires a flexible part-time schedule, strong communication, and the ability to lift and move equipment. You will contribute to site safety, setup/breakdown of events, and prompt issue resolution, collaborating with team members

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Part-time hours with a flexible schedule, including evenings/weekends.
• Basic knowledge of safety and operational procedures relevant to site management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, standing for extended periods, and moving equipment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and safety of the site to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
• Assist with the setup and breakdown of equipment or materials needed for daily operations or special events.
• Provide support to visitors and staff by answering questions, directing them appropriately, and addressing any immediate concerns.
• Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or operational disruptions to the appropriate personnel promptly.
• Collaborate with team members to implement site-specific procedures and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
