Job summary

The Local Investment Commission (LINC) is seeking a Youth Development Professional to support operations across our sites in the United States. This role emphasizes on-site assistance, safety, and daily tasks to keep facilities welcoming and organized.

You will work with team members to address site needs, respond to issues, assist with event setups, and help visitors and staff. Flexibility, strong communication, and a proactive approach are essential to meet the dynamic demands of part-time

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Part-time with flexible schedule (evenings/weekends).
Basic knowledge of safety and site operations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lift, stand long periods, and move equipment.

Responsibilities

Monitor and maintain cleanliness and safety of the site to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
Assist with the setup and breakdown of equipment or materials needed for daily operations or special events.
Provide support to visitors and staff by answering questions, directing them appropriately, and addressing any immediate concerns.
Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or operational disruptions to the appropriate personnel promptly.
Collaborate with team members to implement site-specific procedures and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
