Job summary

Greater KC LINC, Inc. seeks a Youth Development Professional to support site operations across multiple locations in the United States. This part-time role emphasizes safety, cleanliness, and assisting with daily tasks to keep the site welcoming and organized.

You will work with staff to respond quickly to issues, help set up and break down equipment for events, and guide visitors and team members while maintaining compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work part-time hours with flexible schedule including evenings or weekends.
• Basic knowledge of safety and operational procedures relevant to site management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, standing for extended periods, and moving equipment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain cleanliness and safety of the site to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
• Assist with setup and breakdown of equipment or materials needed for daily operations or special events.
• Provide support to visitors and staff by answering questions, directing them appropriately, and addressing any immediate concerns.
• Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or operational disruptions to the appropriate personnel promptly.
• Collaborate with team members to implement site-specific procedures and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
