Job summary

YMCA of the USA is seeking a positive Youth Development Site Director to lead our after-school program at Fox Elementary School in Virginia. You will supervise on-site staff and guide school-age children with energy and purpose.

Design engaging activities, build strong community ties with families and school officials, and ensure licensing and program quality. You will participate in trainings to keep skills sharp and the team motivated.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising staff, budgeting, and running programs.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Meets Virginia DOE licensing requirements (college coursework or CDA).
• Minimum age 21; enthusiastic and positive leader.
• Experience with youth groups is preferred.
