Responsibilities

• Directs staff in residential and recreation services for students.
• Supervises interviews, trainings, and evaluations.
• Collaborates with wellness to address student medical/mental health issues.
• Ensures documented communication across shifts and programs.
• Maintains cleanliness, organization, and sanitation; reports.
• Develops leadership programs and student leadership opportunities.
