ENDLESS HORIZONS is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Youth Worker/Dorm Monitor to support youth at our Milwaukee Job Corps Center. This role involves ensuring a safe and secure living environment while mentoring students and helping them achieve personal goals.

The ideal candidate should have experience working with youth, and possess a High School Diploma or GED. Responsibilities include maintaining good housekeeping in the dorms and facilitating student engagement in meetings.

Qualifications

• One year of experience working with youth and young adults required.
• Must have a valid State Drivers' License.

Responsibilities

• Ensure orderly living conditions and maintain dorm cleanliness.
• Assist students in setting and achieving personal goals.
• Maintain communication with students’ counselors and instructors.
