Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of the Northern Indiana Corridor is seeking a Youth Development Professional to support Clinton Prairie summer programming in Frankfort, IN. You will engage elementary-age members, assist in planning activities, and help maintain a safe, inclusive environment for families and staff.

The role emphasizes implementing the Club’s curriculum, building positive relationships, and collaborating with volunteers and school partners to foster literacy, math, and social-emotional growth.

Qualifications

• CPR certification preferred.
• Experience working with youth (recreation, coaching, tutoring, or teaching) preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of basic Microsoft Office and related computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement holistic summer programming with engaging activities.
• Develop positive rapport with members and families while guiding groups of children.
• Collaborate with staff, volunteers, interns, donors, and partners to sustain a safe and educational environment.
• Maintain club curriculum, activities schedules, and documentation as required.
• Contribute to staff meetings, trainings, and planning sessions.
