Hillcrest Educational Centers offers hope for children and adolescents with the most challenging difficulties associated with Autism.

Our Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) Residential Program offers highly-specialized day, and intensive residential treatment services for children and adolescents at all levels of the Autism spectrum.

The Program’s high staff-to-student ratio ensures a safe, caring and highly-structured treatment environment. To monitor progress, we use state-of-the-art data collection and analysis systems for ongoing assessments of Social Needs, Communication, Academic/Skill Acquisition, Vocational Needs, Recreation, Behavioral Difficulties.

Job Responsibilities Summary

• Supervise students at all times and teach them daily living skills like hygiene and laundry. It may include assisting students with their hygiene needs (showering, changing, etc.).
• Use approved intervention techniques and understand each student’s treatment plan.
• Help students process their behaviors and choices.
• Help students acquire coping skills.
• Have fun while making the difference in the lives of our students!

Shifts Available: Academic, Residential, Overnight + Per Diem (On-Call)

Pay Range: $21.00-$24.00/hr (based on the highest level of education and applicable experience) + Shift Differentails ( additional $0.50/hr, $0.82/hr, $2.50/hr or $2.75/hr)

We offer additional $0.50/hr for CNAs!
