Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience working with children/youth preferred.
• CPR/First Aid/clearances may be required.

Responsibilities

• Build positive, supportive relationships with youth and create an inclusive environment.
• Plan and facilitate engaging programming in STEAM, literacy, arts, athletics, mentoring, leadership, and social-emotional learning.
• Maintain active supervision and a safe, healthy, and welcoming Clubhouse environment.
• Support positive behaviour, conflict resolution, and youth development.
• Complete attendance, participation, incident, and other required programme documentation.
• Follow safety standards, organisational policies, and PA DHS requirements.
• Collaborate with Clubhouse staff, youth, families, and community partners.
• Assist Clubhouse leadership with planning, implementing, and evaluating programmes and activities.
• Support daily Clubhouse operations, schedules, youth, and families.
• Assist with PA DHS Chapter 3270 documentation and compliance.
• Support safety procedures, required drills, transportation, and programme requirements.
• Help provide day-to-day leadership and support to the Clubhouse team.
