Job summary

Abraxas Youth and Family Services is seeking a Youth Development Operations Leader - Education at the South Mountain location. This full-time role offers $22.00 per hour, with DailyPay available and an 8-hour shift schedule (Mon–Fri).

You will mentor Youth Development Team Leaders, monitor processes, supervise and interact with clients, and document services to support the program’s educational goals and outcomes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Detention unit employees must have an associate’s degree or 60 credits from an accredited college or university.
• Six months’ experience as Youth Development Team Leader.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily schedule activities and supervise youth.
• Monitor processes across multiple units and document client files.
• Mentor Youth Development Team Leaders and address client behavior.
