Boys & Girls Clubs of Indianapolis (BGCI) is seeking a Youth Development Professional to create a safe, engaging environment for Club members. You will supervise activities, mentor volunteers, and support members' academic and life-skill development.

Responsibilities include leading age-appropriate programs, ensuring safety, and reporting any concerns to the supervisor. A high school diploma is required and background check will be conducted.

Responsibilities

• Actively monitor and supervise members to ensure a safe, inclusive, and positive Club environment.
• Maintain accurate attendance records daily.
• Inspect program areas and equipment for safety and proper condition.
• Supervise members during transitions and transportation between activity areas.
• Report incidents and safety concerns using required forms and procedures.
• Lead structured, engaging programs that promote youth development.
• Facilitate large and small group activities in academic enrichment, recreation, arts, social skills, and life skills development.
• Build positive relationships with members through mentorship.
