Job summary

The Salvation Army A Georgia Corp in West Palm Beach, FL seeks a dedicated staff member to plan, implement, and evaluate youth programs for Lake Worth Corps’ priority outcomes: Academic Success, Healthy Lifestyles, and Good Character and Citizenship.

Assist with Camp Keystone, Youth of the Year, and awards programs; help register members, mentor youth, maintain a safe, welcoming space, and support curriculum development and staff in a dynamic community setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; related field experience with Children and Youth preferred or equivalent training.

Responsibilities

• Implements and administers programs, services and activities for members.
• Assist with planning, coordination, and execution of special recognition programs and initiatives.
• Monitor and evaluate programs to ensure safety and high-quality experiences.
• Create an environment that supports positive youth development outcomes.
• Assist with registration and orientation for new members, provide guidance and role modeling.
