Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of the Coastal Plain in Ahoskie, North Carolina, is seeking a Youth Development Professional (YDP) to lead, organize, and implement engaging programs for youth. The ideal candidate should possess a High School diploma and have experience in youth development, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to motivate and manage behavior effectively.
