Job summary

The Salvation Army Red Shield Youth Center in Tulsa, OK is seeking a dedicated Driver to transport center members and staff to and from school and activities, ensuring safety and reporting vehicle maintenance needs.

You will support Youth Development outcomes, assist with registration and orientation, monitor behavior during transport, and help uphold center policies and facility standards in a community youth-centered environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Experience with Children/Youth preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in program development and implementation for Center members.
• Transport center members and staff to/from school and activities safely.
• Monitor and manage passenger behavior to ensure safety during transport.
• Maintain facility and equipment cleanliness and order; report repairs.
• May participate in special programs and events.
