Job summary

Rite of Passage Team in Emlenton, Pennsylvania seeks a Group Supervisor for Western Secure Treatment Unit to supervise staff and youth within a trauma-informed, gender-responsive program. The role emphasizes safety, documentation, and collaboration with educators and clinicians to support youth development.

You will monitor behaviors, contribute to treatment plans, and help coordinate educational and recreational activities.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of experience working with at-risk youth.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, TB test and background registry checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide general supervision and knowledge of program policies, procedures and licensing requirements.
• Supervise staff and youth, monitor and document behaviors and activities.
• Collaborate with professional staff to meet youth treatment plan goals.
