Alpha is hiring a Youth Development Director to lead coaching for K‑3 students and Guides. You will own outcomes for a cohort using data, observations, and coaching to ensure students love school, learn faster, and develop life skills.

This is a full-time, in-person role based in New York City or Miami, with relocation support. Compensation is $200,000 USD per year, with benefits and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree as listed or related field.
• Experience with elementary-aged children (5-9).
• Experience leading teams and making hiring decisions.
• Proven use of data to improve outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Alpha's coaching through Guides and students using data and observations.
• Facilitate workshops on communication, resilience, and life skills.
• Lead coaching sessions connecting motivation to growth and independence.
• Develop repeatable coaching playbooks to raise performance.
