Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of paid work with troubled or at-risk youth or equivalent education/experience.
• Valid Utah Driver's License is required.
• Preference for candidates with a high school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and supervise high risk youth offenders and coordinate activities.
• Schedule and oversee individual and group activities.
• Write court reports, parole summaries and treatment plans.
• Teach pro-social, academic and vocational skills.
• Implement specialized treatment plans and crisis intervention when needed.
• Co-facilitate sessions with a Licensed Mental Health Practitioner.
• Ensure safety and transport youth as required.
