Job summary

Alpha is hiring a Youth Development Specialist to run life-skills workshops for K-8 students on campuses. This full-time, on-site role supports AI-powered learning, motivates students to hit weekly app goals, and uses Coachbot analytics to tailor coaching.

You will deliver workshops, conduct daily motivation sessions, assess mastery with Test2Pass, and adapt content for a wide age range while maintaining high standards and building strong relationships with students.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any subject.
• At least 3 years working directly with K-8 students.
• Legal right to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead one-hour life-skills workshops for K-8 cohorts on public speaking, focus, and feedback.
• Conduct daily 1:1 and small-group motivation sessions to drive weekly goals.
• Administer the Test2Pass mastery assessment and re-coach until passing.
• Adapt workshop playbooks to land material for different ages from kindergarten to 8th grade.
• Be the supportive adult who upholds high standards and serves as a trusted mentor.
