The role supports a team of Youth Development Professionals, ensuring daily attendance, progress tracking, and appropriate instructional adjustments for diverse youth in an urban setting.

To reach its commitment, the BGCTC is looking for an energetic, talented and passionate candidate to serve as a Youth Development Instructor. The Youth Development Instructor is a member of the Youth Development Professionals team, whose primary responsibility is to implement youth development programs with a focus on healthy lifestyles and character building, ensuring that each member has an optimal club experience.
As Youth Development Professional – Youth Development Instructor, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Must be able to climb stairs, lift at least 50 lbs, be able to stand and sit for long periods of time and be able to walk moderate distances. Occasional repetitive task required.
