Qualifications

• Desire to work with youth.
• Valid MA driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Residential experience welcomed and encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Driving is required.
• Supervise 9 youth in a small home-like environment.
• Provide support and encouragement to youth.
• Ensure the overall safety of youth in the program.
• Assist youth with service goals including homework help, coping skills and behavior management.
• Act as a positive role model to support youths’ wellbeing.
