American Fork City is seeking a part-time Dance Instructor for its Fitness Center to support youth wellness by delivering structured, fun dance instruction in a welcoming community recreation setting. This onsite role focuses on helping children build coordination, musicality, and confidence through age-appropriate classes.

You will teach foundational technique, plan engaging lessons, supervise classes for ages 3–5, 6–9, and 10+, and communicate with families to ensure a positive experience.

Qualifications

• 5 years of dance experience.
• Genuine enthusiasm for working with children.
• Energetic, dependable, and capable of leading groups with a positive tone.

Responsibilities

• Teach foundational technique, rhythm, and simple choreography for multiple youth age groups.
• Prepare lesson plans that match class level and keep students engaged.
• Maintain class organization, supervision, and safety expectations.
