Job summary

Calex-Sports-Inc is seeking part-time youth coaches to run classes at Bay Area elementary schools, Monday–Friday 1:00 PM–5:00 PM, about one hour per session with a possible extra 30 minutes of pre-care. Sessions focus on creating a fun, energetic environment for younger beginners.

Pay ranges from $50–$65 per session and all equipment is provided. Applicants must be 19+, local to the Bay Area, have reliable transportation, and be willing to complete a TB test and Live Scan background check before

Qualifications

• Must be 19+ years old and eligible to work in the U.S.
• Experience coaching or working with kids is preferred but not required.
• Enjoys an active, positive environment with children.

Responsibilities

• Teach classes for students ages 5–10 using provided lesson plans.
• Manage class size (8–16 students) and maintain a positive environment.
• Attend a 2-day training or shadowing session before starting.
• Take attendance, manage sign-ins, and interact with parents/school staff.
• Capture a few class photos for documentation.
